The Al Tayer Merchandise Information Office (MIO) portal is an information channel where suppliers can access Al Tayer vendor standards documents, general announcements and other supplier specific documents at anytime from anywhere. Users can access this portal with login details which will be provided by the MIO administrator at its sole discretion. Al Tayer MIO has taken the necessary measures to ensure portal accessibility and availability to all eligible users at all times however, it does not take responsibility for, and will not be liable for, user's inability to access the MIO system, speed of access, ISP issues, hardware or software related issues or any other factor outside of Al Tayer’s control including, but not limited to, unexpected server problems or unscheduled maintenance or downtime. In no event will Al Tayer be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from (i) users not exercising due caution to protect their data either by carelessly or willfully giving out private/ personal details by allowing third parties access to the MIO system using their account (ii) loss of unsaved data or due to user's inadvertent closing of forms in which information was being entered (iii) loss of internet or wireless connectivity or (iv) if user's PC was to hang while entering/ updating information in the MIO system.
